The Gladiolus Preserve Association Board of Directors sets hours of operation and these hours may change without notice. The Sheriff will be called for trespassing at the pool after hours. The hours of operation are:
CLUBHOUSE: By Reservation
EXERCISE ROOM: 6AM – 11PM Daily
POOL: Dawn – Dusk Daily
CLUBHOUSE/FACILITIES GENERAL:
A. AGE REQUIREMENT: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.
B. Parents shall be responsible for the conduct of their children and their children’s guests at all times.
C. Residents and guests use all facilities (clubhouse, swimming pool, exercise room, and playground) at their own risk.
D. Residents who have a suggestion should bring it to the attention of the Management Company. To reach Management Professionals, Inc., please dial 239-454 1101.
E. Proper attire is to be worn at all times in accordance with acceptable practice for the particular area of the facilities being used. Apparel must not be ripped, have holes or be shoddy in appearance. NO ONE WITH A WET BATHING SUIT OR SUNTAN LOTION (OIL) IS ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE FURNITURE AND CARPETING. ANYONE USING THE POOL WHO NEEDS TO USE THE RESTROOMS MUST DRY OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE CARPETED EXERCISE ROOM WHERE THE RESTROOMS ARE LOCATED. Anyone not conforming to the dress code, outlined in these Rules and Regulations, will be asked to do so before being allowed to use the facilities.
F. Residents using any area of the Clubhouse are responsible for leaving it clean after each use.
G. No personal radios, tape decks, CD players or television sets are allowed in the Clubhouse or pool area without the use of a headset.
H. Unauthorized persons shall not tamper with or adjust the heating and air conditioning systems.
I. No bicycling, skateboarding, roller-skating or use of scooters allowed in the Clubhouse, pool area, or on the Clubhouse sidewalks.
J. All bicycles are to be parked in the bicycle rack.
K. Subscriptions, solicitations, petitions, or notices, which do not concern the Association’s affairs, shall not be distributed or posted on recreational area facilities property.
L. No person shall engage in any activity in the common areas, which is deemed to be hazardous.
M. All facilities are designated as tobacco and smoke free.
N. The Clubhouse cannot be used to conduct any commercial business activity.
O. The cost of replacing any Association property that is damaged, broken or removed by a Resident, tenant or guest shall be charged to the Resident.
P. By Florida Statutes, animals are not permitted in the Clubhouse, pool area, or playground except for animals aiding disabled persons.
Q. Parking shall be in designated areas only. Overnight parking on any common areas, unless specific permission is granted by the Board of Directors, is prohibited.
R. Personal property should not be left unattended. The Association is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
