Location, location, location… Gladiolus Preserve is only minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and just down the street from Florida Health Park Hospital. One of the newest and largest county libraries is right across the street!

Our neighborhood is a quiet and close knit community with sidewalks and amenities that include a clubhouse, community pool, children's playground and a 17 acre lake with great fishing. Gladiolus Preserve is also flanked on one side by a natural preserve.
