You must have a FOB to enter the workout room.
Please help us take care of the equipment in the workout room at the clubhouse. Remember there are rules for use.
1. No one under 14 is allowed use of the equipment without adult supervision.
2. Please wipe down the equipment after using.
3. No horse playing on the equipment.
4. Hours are 6:00 am till 11:00 pm
Do not try to adjust the thermostat. A programable thermostat was install and the temperature is regulated for peak hours of use.
Remember cameras are recording everything happening in the workout room. If you observe something in the workout room or bathrooms that need attention, please contact the management company at (239) 466-3330.
